Dan (Danielle) Zhang joined BI after completion of her Ph.D. at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2012. She was a visiting Ph.D. scholar at the Stern School of Business at New York University in spring 2011. Her research interests cover the areas of executive compensation, corporate governance, and dividend policy.
News Workshop: I’m in the organizing committee for the 15th Workshop on Corporate Governance and Investment (October 3-4, 2014). Conference: My working paper “CEO Dividend Protection” has been accepted for presentation at European Finance Association (EFA) Annual Meeting (August 27-30, 2014). Research grant: I received the CCGR research grant on the research project “CEOs’ Personal Risk Attitudes and Firm Policies”, with Hamid Boustanifar. (February, 2014). Forum: I participated as a keynote speaker at “Forum for eierstyring og selskapsledelse” organized by Norwegian Corporate Governance Committee (December 11, 2013).
